Fall is here

Well fall has arrived at the farm. We have just finished having a new septic system put in - what an ordeal that is - the project has been going on since last April - What with county reg and trying to schedule the work - it took longer than expected. The good news is some of the problems with water flow into the old system are corrected with the new system. Finish up with Farmer's markets this coming Saturday at Overland Park. Now off to our winter shows.

Fall processing of chickens and emus are done now just have some fencework around the new septic field and we will be ready for the neighbor's winter grazing in the hay field.
