Brett, I just took a look at your ning site. First thing for google to pick it up, you need to resize your photos. They are too large and take a long time to load. Most people won't wait for them and people with dial up will not be able to view your page. Also, the first module on the right side is cut off in the middle.

Go to irfanview.com for a great little free tool for resizing photos.
