Local Sources for Grass Fed Beef

I would love to find some local sources, local meaning within 100 miles of Kansas City, of grass fed beef. I would prefer to buy these items right off the farm but will also consider farmers markets, small grocery or whole food stores, or even buy a large quantity as a group. Anyone have any sources?
