One thing you all can do (while the rest of this operation gets warmed up) is to start working on outreach efforts, to grow your numbers (of eaters/buyers) and determine the types of food you want to team-up to buy. Churches, schools, PTAs, fitness centers, food service folks, chefs, fellow workers, neighbors and friends are in need of your help to educate themselves about the benefits of Local Food and your Network.
