OK... Who are the eaters and what are you doing to find more? You need numbers and coordination before determining what your food resource will need to be.
Here's an outline (written up by KCFC Co-Coordinator, Craig Volland) for some assistance with setting up a Buying Club or Co-op. If it does not speak to what you want to do, please let us know.

One thing you all can do (while the rest of this operation gets warmed up) is to start working on outreach efforts, to grow your numbers (of eaters/buyers) and determine the types of food you want to team-up to buy. Churches, schools, PTAs, fitness centers, food service folks, chefs, fellow workers, neighbors and friends are in need of your help to educate themselves about the benefits of Local Food and your Network.
